The final price is confirmed by our crew on-site before any work begins — if the actual load is smaller than estimated, the price goes down. All prices are all-inclusive: labor, loading, hauling, and disposal. Surcharges for special materials (tires, concrete, appliances with refrigerant) are quoted separately on-site.
We prefer you're present for the walkthrough and quote approval. After that, you don't need to stay. Many customers leave a garage code or meet us briefly. We'll send a photo when it's done.
We cannot remove hazardous materials including paint, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, or motor oil. No propane tanks or car tires. Appliances with refrigerants require certified recovery — we'll discuss this during the quote.
Yes — subject to availability. Call by 10am and we can usually get to you that afternoon. Weekend availability is more limited during Saturday hours (8am–3pm).
Absolutely. Usable items are donated locally. Metals, cardboard, and electronics are recycled through our transfer station partners. We provide donation receipts for tax purposes on request.
